Comtech Products - Terms and Conditions

Guarantee:
Each product supplied by Comtech carries the manufacturers standard guarantee. (Minimum 12 months - some products 24 months)

Returns Procedure:
Any item deemed unsuitable by the purchaser, must be returned by post at the expense of the purchaser. Faulty or damaged items will be returned by arrangement with Comtech. No responsibility can be placed on Comtech Holdings Ltd for goods lost or damaged in transit and the purchaser must obtain proof of posting. Comtech will endeavour to correct the situation of missing or damaged items but ultimate responsibility is with the carrier.

Refunds:
Comtech offers a complete refund if goods do not completely satisfy the purchasers requirements, this refund is valid seven days from purchase. Any faults developed after this period, are covered by the manufacturers warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Times:
Dependant on stock levels, delivery will be on average 5 working days. Comtech can make no guarantee of delivery times or dates.

Delivery Charges:
UK Mainland:
Depending on the size and value of your purchase, Comtech will dispatch using wither Royal Mail Standard Parcels (£2.95) or UPS Standard Delivery (£7.95)
Overseas charges available on request.

Insurance:
The delivery insurance is handled by the carrier and is in no way the responsibility of Comtech.

Application of  V.A.T.:
All Comtech products are subject to V.A.T. All prices displayed on the Web site are inclusive of V.A.T.

Data Protection:
Any names, addresses, E-mail, Telephone or Fax numbers and any other personal data collected by Comtech is covered by the Data Protection Act (1984) and will not under any circumstances be divulged, sold or 'Spammed'.

Bulk Emailing:
Comtech in no way uses or promotes bulk emailing (Spamming).

On-Line Credit Security:
The Web site is a 40-bit SSL site, using Protx/PayPal secure servers to take credit card details. No listing of credit cards or numbers takes place within Comtech.
